    Lost a dust cover one time. could have ended real bad if i hadn't caught it. By the way a cap from a wd40/spray paint can and a little duck tape make a good temporary field repair. Enough to get you out of the boondocks anyway.

    exactly right.....after almost 40 years as a mechanic I have seen it all ....some is from lack of maintenance but then again a whole lot of it is not. All these parts and components are made by man therefore they are subject to failure sometimes.
