    True story.....
My Great grand paw was a big eatin, drinkin, tobacco using man. Did it all, and it beat him down. At 50 he weighed 350. Went to the doctor and the doctor told him he was gonna die. Paw asked what he could do. Dr. said nuthin. It is to late. You done killed yourself. Paw went home, threw away all his tobacco, quit drinking, and went on a diet. His breakfast was a bowl of oatmeal with a splash of black coffee in it for flavor. He did not smoke another cigar, chew any more tobaco, drink anything but water and black coffee, or eat anything with ANY flavor till the day he died....... at 92. Moral of this story... It is never to late to get healthy.

PS. I remember my Paw being one of the grumpiest, meanest SOBs in the world. I guess you cant have everything.
