I'm not bashing fishing styles,I'm talking about way's to releve fishing pressure.I'm not a gambleing man but I'd be willing to bet if the big 4 went to single pole only you'd see very few boat's out there.I fish to eat that's why I'd be happy with 15 12in. fish a 3lb or 4lb crappie get's eatn not put on the wall. Now if some of you guy's that troll and say a limit is a limit be it by 1 pole or multiply poles try this at your next tourament instead of 6 poles with 2 hook's per line hang 1 pole with 1 hook and see if you catch as many fish as the other fishermen.Let's flip the script it seem's the(local's) we'll call them fuss the most about trolling because we see as being introduced from people from other states and taking advantage of our resources. If let's say this was in Mo. and they had the big 4 trophy lakes instead of Ms. and all these out of staters were flooding your trophy crappie lake's what would be some of yall's thought's on how to lower pressure and protect yall's fishery? These thing's I talking single pole will never happen reguardless of what happens to our fishery to much $$$$ involved with eqipment and tourism.Like I stated not bashing anyone's style of fishing but for the amount of time I get to fish single pole is my cheapest way to catch a few but if anybody would like to interduce me to trolling I'd try it.But like it or not the pressure was not on these lake's until trolling came along and if you have lived around 1 of these lakes your whole life like I have you can't argue that fact and if you don't live close to 1 you don't see it cause you don't remember how low the preassure was 5-10yrs ago before trolling really caught on down here.
