Just before I had back surgery 2 yrs. ago I was running 4 to 7 miles a day 6 days a week!I'm gonna start out walking progressing to a walk jog then prolly a full jog.With this extra weight right now a fast walk would be best! Thanks for the suggestion GDG, I'll give it a try!I used 2 fresh Jalapenos a small can corn and some extra sharp cheddar!All the family said it was good. I sure hated to pass on it!![]()
