The rule isn't going to mention anything about what kind of boat you're fishing from, or if you're wearing waders. It just says a boat with three or more anglers has a 50 fish limit. I don't THINK the game warden is going to be swayed if he's told you weren't actually IN the boat when the fish were caught. He's going to write a ticket and let the judge figure it out.

So the first guy leaves at 40 . Goes home .the other two gewbers go back fishing ! Can't be enforced . Ticks me that we clutter the rules with garbage that can't be enforced . Change from 50 to 40 ? Lions, tigers and bears ,oh my . Heard there was a bill to allow hunting deer over feeders if you have a lifetime nra membership . We going to protect or sell . Give the guy in the field (game warden) something he can enforce . Jmo. But watch me close in a 15 ft. Boat cause i might drown in two ft of water fishing tops up billy's creek (enid).

Another example of the government gewbers trying to deal with stupidity through legislation.

Who's the dummy Feelay. At least if you are in government, you get paid for dealing with stupidity....and here G is doing it for free...7 days a week with no holidays. Bwahahahahaha.

Well what's the reason and logic to this rule? What does it matter how many people are in the boat if they are not over their limit per person?

They don't want 10 license holders in a pontoon boat taking out 150 crappie.

To restrict the number of fish taken.
