    Default Dumb question


    Does the boat limit apply if you are wading and using the boat just as transportion? Say I launch with three guys in the boat and everyone has on waders. Get to spot and pile out. Return back to boat ramp with 3 limits of fish. Do I get a ticket for exceeding boat limit? I think I would but would like to know the correct answer.

    yes . crazy rule . how do you stop one from taking a limit home and the other two go back fishing ? you don't . rules/reg. are for honest folks . we just have to put up with the rest and let the d.w.f.p. do what they can .

    I know it's been posted on here but can someone post this rule?I'm not trying to start anything but I thought it was aimed at people fishing from boat's like 5 or 6 folk's on a pontoon.
