You should always go on days you can, and on some of the days you can't. Go on some days that you shouldn't, and go on some days some wouldn't..... because for certain, there will be plenty of days that you couldn't.

I fish whenever I can get away from responsibilities. If I catch a mess of fish, then I know they are biting. If I don't catch a mess, well....it seems that sometimes I don't catch a mess and they are still biting for somebody, but what the heck, at least I am fishing.
