    was thinking xring had some pictures of one he made, and also read where someone made a step using a spare tire carrier frame/mount and turning it upside down or sideways, and mounting a small platform/step to this.

    I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.

    Thats a good idea moving the winch forward,keeps from skinnin nuckles on the boat. and the way the strap is really holds the bow down
