Man that sounds good something else I'll have to try. What kind of cheese do you use?

Always make some extras cray cause you can put em in ziplock and save em for later. Really good with a cup of coffee in the morning.

    We call em "coon balls".

    One lb pork sausage
    One lb shredded cheddar cheese
    Three cups Bisquick

Mash together and roll into small balls. Place on sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 325 for about 20 minutes.

The "coon" comes from "Coon Brand Cheese", they have nothing to do with male raccoons. Lol
