Anywhere else but nader I fish 8 poles unless restricted and like to have a couple of back ups, came in mighty handy yesterday to have a couple rigged and ready when the trash would tear something up. We'll see, I really liked the Ozarks I used while fishing with Bill the other day just aint got 500 smackers rite now to spend on em.

I got a set of those John and like you I like them when the bite is light. Like G I keep them for people who fish with me and don't have their own poles or I fish with a buddy on his pontoon and I have to carry them rather break one of them than PST. I have found them like G said to have a parabolic bend all the way to the handle but they are tough. Sayin and out though I like my PST,s. All mine are 12ft and I fish with my neighbor quite a bit and he fishes 14 PST. I use mine because they are more comfortable for me and I can't tell any difference in the amount of bites side by side. I think when I get a new set though I'm going with the BJGP.

I see what you are talking about now Cray, they do bend all the way back but they are stout. I knew you had some too.

But you do have 350 smackers to spend on the cheap stuff. Take them smackers and buy 7 of the C & C's or Ozarks. Then sell your PST's to get another 150 smackers to buy the final 3. Or keep the PST's and save smackers for a couple of months until you can afford the final 3. Either way you are 70% of the way to a proper solution. Don't screw it up now.

They really make a huge difference is shallow water. I've put out 12's and then I was suing my 16 foot cranking poles with minners at Grenada last year is 4-5 FOW, I NEVER got a bite on the 12's, only the 16's. That shallow and the fish spook pretty good
you sued your jigpoles? what kind of lawyer would take that case?
