You want to run those batteries down to zero?
When you have run the boat for a day and the batteries are low, park your truck close to the batteries. Take the positive wire off the truck battery. Hook a set of jumper cables to the boat batteries. Neg. cable to the truck battery. Positive cable to the battery wire. Turn your headlights on bright and leave it for a couple of hours or until the lights go out. Rehook the battery wire and your back in business.
I dont know why I use all the hardware, thats the way I seen it and I copied it.
Here's rig set up being as it aint a rig and then todays catch. Not much too it but I am happy with it being my first day out on my own. What pound test yall use??

nothing wrong with that rig, just no need to use all the swivels. the real thing i'm concerned about is them monkey toe'd feet you got showing in the first pic, good grief boy. Looks like you could climb a coconut tree with them thangs.

Rees, is that your foot in the pitchur?
That bottom swivel, what does it go to?
According to the "catch" picture....................I would say there ain't nothing wrong with that rig. Nice mess right thar.............
I like 6 lbs. on the "rigs" and 8 or 10 lbs. on the main line to the reel. Hiviz or clear floro is about the same results in the spring and some times a factor in the fall with clearer water.
About the foot in the picture.............................well.......... ..................................how many coconut trees ya'll got in 'ssippi?????????????????![]()
