Hey Scott, I'll put some whole peppers up to be used in the puppies. Chop them the morning of the cookout.

That sounds good. I'm bringing a few jars of diced peppers for the hushpuppies but we'll try some of yours too.

I was thinking about chopping them and freezing, but pickled would be better.
