My dad had been eyeing a private lake on church rd since he moved here. He finally got up the nerve to ask the property owner if he cld fish there, n the owner said yes.
My dad got up bright n early this morning, n was gone by 6am when I got up. By 11 he still wasn't home, n I left to go run some errands.
My daughter calls telling me to get home ASAP, as my dad had been injured. Apparently when he was bringing his fishing stuff back to his car, he lost his balance and fell. After numerous attempts of trying to get up, he was unable to do so, n during the attempts, hit his head several times, n blacked out. Luckily, the lawn service was there maintaining the property, n spotted him on the ground. They managed to get him home, my dad refused an ambulance. He was covered in blood when I arrived, n he also broke his glasses. I have not been able to convince him to go to the dr, n I'm pretty sure something is wrong seeing as he cld not get up, n the fact he hit his head several times, n hard enough to cause it to bleed has me worried.
Please pray he will stop being so dang stubborn, n that he is ok. I very much appreciate it.
