Ive been through 2 trim motors in 8 months....they would get real slow and finally quit altogether.....they were after market motors. a rebuilt system was 700 bucks plus install....gonna try an omc motor this time and see. it has been a pain fooling with it.

That ipc looks a lil screwy, looks like to me 5 and 16 comes with the same orings
But I'd def check the fluid before I tore in to it
I agree. Also, get someone to trim it up & down while he has his head close enough to the trim to listen for air bubbling out around the piston. If he does work on it and it has the plastic type bleeder screw, be careful and make dang sure to use a tool that fits it correctly. Just wasted a trip to the Gulf because of this recently. The screw was $53 for that trim motor (on a 250 Merc).
