I say yes, got to be an advantage of knowing water depths and such. This time of the year once you find the color it doesnt seem to change as quickly.
It can be a doomsday too tho.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.
ain;t never done me no good. Seems the weather conditions change every time I prefish so their not where they were

So you think the water level is gonna change that much? Possible but doubtful.
I prolly aint been on Sardis 20 times in my life so time on the water would have to be a plus.

We seem to have better outcomes at tournaments when we do not prefish. Sometimes when you prefish you can get stuck on where they were and not where they are. I guess it differs from person to person though. As for us, we do not prefish as much anymore and that can be hard sometimes, especially when you are wanting to fish. A couple times this year we fished a different lake the Friday before the tournament just because we wanted to fish. Finished 1st at one and 2nd at the other. Go with what works best for you, it save me money not prefishing though!

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Capps and Coleman will hit the water a couple of hours before the start of a tournament and side scan structure until start time.

I think if the weather does not change prefishing is ok.But if the fish have moved or quit biting you have to give up where they were, that's hard. But prefishing has never really helped me.My experience has been, the more i think i know the less fish i catch. My grandpa caught more fish than i will ever catch, using a canepole.
