    I've got a couple and like mine. They definately help to cool you down a few degrees if you soak them in ice water and then wrap them around your neck.

    Handi is right... If you get the cold pad on your juggler vain it helps cool your whole body. They have these ice pack things at work that we do this with.

    Nope, but they make us wear them at work under Alky suit. (rubber chemical suit) I don't like them. They thaw too fast and then your wearing a wet vest.
