Thats what mine is kinda heavy to w ork in but sittin there they work fine,mine last about 2hrs drop the packs in slussy ice and the recharge in about 15min.

Your probably right Mr. Jim. I'll have to try wearing it while I'm just sitting still.

I think they last longer if you keep the packs in ice water,instructions for mine said do not put in frezzer.
