Bear Creek has some decent trout. Calhoun's and Cherokee Grill have some decent food too. I was told to try Best Italian, Peddler and Fondoo, but didn't get a chance.
You might could look at Wilderness Resort Water Park and see if they offer day passes.
Titanic and Aquarium were pretty nice. Might as well go on the 11 mile stretch of road with 300 and something curves.
I heard DollyWood was pretty good, but haven't been there either.
Don't even think about a helicopter ride. $65 a person for 10 minutes. We passed on that one.
