    Ok I have a question.. on a old school mercury the locking washer behind the nut. Is it reuseable?. I was under the impression it was a one time thingy.

    If you are talking about the star locking tab, it is reuseable. Matter I fact, I can't think if any part of the prop system that is not, thrust washer, prop, retainer, nut.
