    just does it when you quote I meant the tips on the PSTs are a little too stiff for spider rigging......they are a great rod for pulling cranks though.

    west point rods are good for spider rigging aren't they?

    I have 4 C&C 14 footers left. I like the action they have on the tip with decent amount of back bone to swing fish in the boat, our MO not those giant MS fish mind you,lol I fished with them for our Spring camp every day and caught plenty of fish that I dont think I would have caught on a stiffer rod. But I might be wrong.
