Why go over someone's head, man that would piss me off. We have a good relationship at the other lakes, no reason we cant establish one here but if you start trying to go over someone's head you may get the decision you want but still got to go back to that lake, not a good idea at all.

Cant remember the guys name that was at the scales last year, but I've got nothing but love for that man. He coul have ruined my whole year, maybe two if he'd wanted to be a hard case and make an example outta me and the name on the ticket would have been Wannabe not Wannabe etal.

The very same coulda happened this year except it would have said Majflyboy on it. I don't wipe what the fine would have been exactly, but I seem to recall north of 5,000.

That said, when we go to any COE lake, we need to be respectful of the rangers and the game wardens. They are the authority plan and simple. They have jobs to do and we need to remember that. I you've got a beef with them, keep your pie hole shut and deal with it like a big boy, at least, in their presence. Any bellyaching won't improve your situation and very well may negatively affect the group.

Kudos to Maj to cinching his belt and walking head first into that tempest. Considering our last tournament there, I'd have been tempted to wait for cover of darkness.

That said, if y'all drop Butla from the schedule, I'll assume it's because you know Team Be will not be denied again and are rescheduling in fear.

I say we try and work with the COE there and appeal to there common sense as we are a local group and competing for our own $ and bragging rights as oppose to a for profit organization or with sponsorships from companies or the local towns. If they will not waive the fee after that, then we will just have to make a choice for the good of the most that we can.

I ran Mike out of Cleveland several years ago, lol Mike. He is a good guy and has a job to do. I see him at Butla almost everytime I go. (The word "Torch" is indian for Game Warden is going to check you)

Let me settle this dispute between Minner and BRM since I know them both and I'm able not to play favorites since BRM ain't never bought me lunch.

Get a ruling from every coe lake we need, in writing. Make a thread in the fj series and post the letters. Show where the letters are on file. Print the letter needed for the lake fished and have on hand. No other post can be made on this thread.
