Can you all tell me what this rubber hose is for ?

its on a 90hp Mercury ELPTO, I see that it is crimped off and was just curious as to what it was for ?

you could be right John but only thing is that its crimped off so I dont think it would be venting, do know just my thoughts

Guys, I believe the program is "paint" that comes with windows

Wilbur thanks, the boat dont have a speedo but I have gps, so I dont see that I would need to connect it up them.
