    yup wibur, we had one last night, cept we call it "sweet tater pie", down here. . lots of brown sugar.........

    I've got some pork tenderloins on the smoker. Punkin pie in the oven. Going to do some mashed taters and corn and don't know what else yet.

    Slow smoked ham with a honey pineapple orange juice n brown sugar glaze. Basted every 15 minutes. Taters n gravy plue a rice corn cassarole.

    did ole chicken little on the bar-b bout three hours yesterday. as usual he over indulged and fell over, but sho made some great samiches for lunch...........

    Ueh tommy. No smoke though. Had a thick fat cap all on it and i cooked ot bout 3 hours til the fat just melted off.

    Just took an Apple pie out the oven. Got chicken/dressing, ham and all the regular fixins coming at lunch with the in-laws. Really wanting to go to the lake, dead calm overcast and no rain right now.
