I think the wife said something about a chicken cassarole with mac and cheese, and other veggies for lunch tomorrow. Every year on Christmas morning I get up and do the honors of sausage (or bacon) and pancakes for breadkfast. Lunch isnt ever big on Christmas day here cause we're always on the go that day. Besides, I've been doing nothing but solid eatin' ever since Thanksgiving.:D:D

Nothing wrong with some pasta! I lived in Bartlett for about a year then moved up Atoka, cause I worked at Millington. I liked Bartlett, but it was growing fast!

I could go for some crawfish myself! Last time I had it was down in New Orleans about 7 years ago.

Gettin the grill ready right now for a 16# prime rib to go on in a hour or so. Stuffed mushrooms, green bean bundles salad and a shrimp boil. Desert is Pecan Pie and Egg custard pies both fresh baked.
