    That is a nice one fosho... I waited for 3 hr's after I shot the doe looking for some horn
    Got to worrying about the doe getting too hot so I pulled out . There is always tomorrow !!!

    Yea I'd like to know how the ribs turn out also. I usually hang the deer up, pull the hide down far enough to clear his shoulders, hull out the backstrap, cut off the shoulders with my knife. Then I'll saw the body off below the hind quarters and saw them apart. Takes about 30 minutes. I guess I need to save more like the neck and ribs but I never have.

    Ribs are outstanding i used to throw em away until we tried em. Dont throw em away now.
