    I don't know, but it seems like the neck would have a lot of meat on it.

    I cut neck meat into stew meat, it depends on the bullet placement .that's why I cooked ribs tonight. They sho
    Were good!!! One notch below pork.

    Yes they are usually tender, sorta like beef ribs.
