What's the difference other than the broken stripes? Does one grow bigger than the other or one eat better than the other?

Minner the striper will get bigger than the hybrids and can reproduce the hybrids can't. The hybrids might be able to pull a little harder. Folks up here actually pay guides to go out and catch the nasty things.Doh

Caught them on bandit 200 and 300s... Yeah some are true sea run stripes. The hybrids are cross between white bass and sea run stripe. They are sterile. The sea runs can get real big. I am not sure how big hybrids can get... They are more football shaped where true sea runs are long and slimmer....

Minner, you need to come over and get on some man. You'll be hooked if you can get on em pretty good just one time. I caught a 32 pounder and Nessa caught one that was 24 up ay Lake Quachita in Ark a few years back. Sho was fun on a bass rod with 14 lb test line

Need to keep them in a 5 gal. bucket and then deposit them in a dumpster for the buzzards. They ruined Eagle Lake with those things.

you get ahold to a few of them and feel them pulling and you'd be hooked. They are some kinda fine to eat if you know how to cook em. GOT to cut the blood line out and get all the red meat off of em. Do that and for baking or on the half shell MMMMMMM
