I had the same problem earlier this year. It's hard on your bearings when you tires are wearing out like that. You do have a problem. I would have someone look at that as soon as possible.

Yeah, that could be, and with 20lbs. of pressure, you wouldn't feel the bouncing.

Keep a close look at those tires if you have a bent axle it wont take long to show the uneven wear.
