According to CNN, NYC Mayor Blumenberg's (sp) office issued a statement that due to space limitations, New York Police, Firefighters, Port Authority Police and First Responders would not be receiving an invitation to the 10 year anniversary memorial of 911.
They didn't receive an invitation the first time either. They just went!!!
