I know the pic sucks but it is a plate full of meatloaf, mashed taters, lima beans and corn. Sure was good. What did you have for lunch Minner?

I had a sub sammich on low fat, flat bread with lite mayonnaise.

I was wonderin who was gonna be the first arse to torture me like that. I loves some meatloaf.

But I do have some good news. My sugar was down to 321 this am versus 368 yesterday. So I guess it's werkin.

DANG G, sounds good. I'm waiting on Dinner pics form last night from my niece. Her and her hubby came over and I did Crappie cakes, Angel hair pasta, corn and a Herb Garlic cream sauce for em. It was hr first time to eat Crappie cakes and she went nutz over em
