    Use mine in a seat pedistal hole and tie it off in the front and back and it does great. Juat cant run down the lake with it up.

    I had mine up yesterday morning and the wind got up to about 15 mph. The umbrella did fine but it will turn your boat into a sail boat. It makes it harder to maintain your speed when trolling.

    i ordered a sportbrella 8fter,my ole cheap freds umbrella broke in probally 10mph wind sunday,i hope the sunbrella can handle 10 -15 mph wind,thanks

    I can cruse at 20-25 with mine up if it's tied off front and rear.

    The sportsbrellas have vents in them that allows wind to pas thru. Not bad in the wind.

    welp i got my sportbrella yesterday and figured i would put it in the boat and see what it would look like,well wrong the knob where u can adjust it up and down is stripped ,anybody else have any trouble out of them,just wondering
