a not so good enid report................................

took my wife and daughter today, caught about 30 shorts and 6 keepers. it was extremely hard to even get a hit, which is unusual for enid, as the
dinks are usually plentiful. i came to the conclusion that the crankbait bite at enid is not happening yet, and they are not on the normal summer
pattern. we caught a bunch of fish there at the last cc tourny trolling minnows, and we could have kept 40, but we ended keeping 30........they were in 13-16 ft. of water then, and maybe they are still there now................definitely not on a normal summer pattern today.

They stil where you left em believe it or not... Had a buddy pulling cranks early with lil luck Saturday morning so my buddy and I dropped the minnows and had 11 keepers in 4 hrs... They were shallow too... Guess the rain had something to do with it
