    You had me placing the order til you said you'd "drizzle sumthin" on the plate. Now ifn you can't say on here what the sumthin is or you don't know what the sumthin is, it makes me a little leery.

    A little hollandaise sauce to add a touch more color........... would that work for you? I'd NEVER desecrate an 1/8th plate of food. I have my standards!
