Businesses who forget what the meaning of customer service is normally don't stay in business very long.
Torch I sell fireworks for a company. Some of our operators have great customer service. Most don't understand the meanings of the words! Then they can't understand why they can't make any money on commission selling fireworks!
LOL I sent an email the other day to a customer thanking them for their business.
This is what I got back from the customer:
Dan, Hey, don't thank me. It's me who should be thanking you! I have lost count of how many fireworks stores I have been to in my life and have walked out saying to myself I will never come here again! Not every store owner or manager is good with people or knows what they are selling. You, my friend are not one of those people!!! I'm not judging you by how I was treated but by how good you were with your other customers while I was there! Your skills with people are second to no one and I mean that! It's always fun to swap stories with people that you just met. Anyway, I'm sure I'll be happy with the product and as soon as I test those Predator shells I'll throw a message at you and let you know what I think! It was a pleasure to get to meet you and I hope to do business with you again! Thanks again, Mark
