I'm assuming youre running 24v. with just 2 batteries?!? How long can you troll at 1.4-1.6 mph on the set of batteries?

I use a 24v Minn Kota Powerdrive V2 with IPilot. Yesterday in the heavy wind, my batteries (Class 31 deep cycles) started loosing power after about 4 hrs.. I have another set of class 31's in the front of my boat so all I have to do is switch to another female plug with my trolling motor and keep on going. I also have a heavy glass boat so that drains the batteries pretty bad.
