I'm assuming youre running 24v. with just 2 batteries?!? How long can you troll at 1.4-1.6 mph on the set of batteries?
Glad you part time boys decide to join the rest of us crappie fishermen!! Yall been calling me part time and yall do the same!!DohThumbs Up
I use a 24v Minn Kota Powerdrive V2 with IPilot. Yesterday in the heavy wind, my batteries (Class 31 deep cycles) started loosing power after about 4 hrs.. I have another set of class 31's in the front of my boat so all I have to do is switch to another female plug with my trolling motor and keep on going. I also have a heavy glass boat so that drains the batteries pretty bad.
