Yep, them holes ain't gonna line up. If you get lucky, you'll be able to re-use 1 set, but that will be it.
Here's the nuts Hollic was talking about....have my Terrova mounted with em and have worked well. Basically, it's a brass set of threads on the end. As you tighten them up, it' expands the rubber on the sleeve and grips the hole. One word of caution, it's hard to tighten them up enough due to the give in the rubber. For your first 3 or 4 trips out, be sure to check them again. I had 2 that tried to back out on me. One added benefit is the motor will rest on a rubber pad isolating any vibration and preventing scuffs to the hull...then again, it's a smal gap and collects dust and dirt under there bad that is hard to clean if you're a neat freak. One other bad thing is it takes a honking hole to put 'em through...something like 1/4 inch or larger if I remember correctly and may not.
I think I have the MinnKota version of these nuts, but may have been MGs.
