I got an e-mail from a friend that said Chotard was hot.

From yall's commits about Gar, I take it yall have never eatin gar patties made from the strip of meat along the top of the gars back. If ya ever try'em you'll never eat another salmon pattie or crab pattie for that matter.. They are excellant table fare!!!!!!!!!!!

I have heard that, maybe someone will being some to the mini-camp at the rez and we can try it out.

Heard of them but never eaten them. I love my crappie cakes though.
