We used to bowfish all the time and would shoot some huge grass carp 50-75# range and there was a chinese guy that would always take the fish from us. Found out a couple of years later that he owned a restruant in Memphis. I wounder what the special was

Dont know what that called it but most of that stuff in those chinese resturants cause an orential condition known as HUNG CHOW'.
