    Default The 201 Buck !!!!!


    This deer was found dead by a friend of mine while rabbit hunting. It was thought to have been shot off the road possibly at night. It was found in a ditch next to a bean field that is about 200yds from a road.

    I scored the buck at 201 1/8 inch gross it is a main frame 10pt with tripple brow tines on one side.

    wow what a rack ....thats a real nice buck ... he had to do all traveling at night guess the person that shot him had got tired of sitting in the stand waiting on him to walk by ...

    Hate to see a true trophy like that meet a fate like that. In my mind, a deer that big and smart deserves the chance to outsmart the hunter (not get poached by some idiot with a spotlight in a bean field). I'm all for putting 'em down, but if they outsmart ya, they win. Cheating ain't hunting.

    At least he was found by someone that will appreciate him. Gonna do a european mount?
