    Default What I have Learnt.

    1. Fishing with more than one pole does two things:
    1. Increases the odds of hooking fish, and
    2. Increases the odds that one fish will get caught on more than one pole

    2. Fishing is more fun when you occasionally catch a fish or two.

    3. Having two boats don't make it easier to catch crappie.

    4. The worst accidents happen when Jennifer has her camera.

    5. I ain't real good at catching crappie.

    6. 4 12" crappie make a fine meal.

    7. 7 12" crappie make 2 fine meals.

    8. It is better to catch 7 12" crappie than 4 12" crappie but it is better to catch 4 12" crappie than none at all.

    1. Lie
    2. Lie about the gps coordinates.
    3. Lie about the number of fish you caught...it always is a limits worth, never an odd numbre.
    4. Lie about the bait.
    5. Lie about what lake your going to.
    6. Lie how big the fish was.
    7. Take pictures of the fish, change the date every year, saves a lot of time.
    8. Lie about not being a fan of crankbaits.

    That's what I've learned on here......ha ha....

From Feelay - I should have been a firefighter.

From Billbob - Gewbers don't only come from the South.

From Sat - Really, really, really old people can be cool too.

From Tlow/Munta - Keep a tight hold on your wallet.

From BigCrappieMax - Keep swinging, eventually you'll hit something.

From the fruit jars - There's no such thing as a Crappie Pro, there's only people that have won money Crappie fishing, people that haven't and then there's me.

From DD - ...............I'll get back to you on that one.

From Bigger - Things don't have to be perfect for it to work well.

From Torch - Work hard, stay in school and just say no.

CWT/WFG - Wardrobe co-ordination is important amongst fishing partners.

From MS Slab - Get you a 1197SI and some chains and you're good to go.

From 101 - rabbit punches hurt a lot more than you would think.

From Yikes - Sweet talk him, and he'll give you his camper. Be really nice and he'll throw in his cell phone without even asking.

From Pstone - Ugly people can fish too. No, really.

Rock - Pretty much the same lesson I learned from Pstone, but he reinforced it some.

From Cane Pole - Never underestimate a retired engineer with a grudge and a a broad band internet connection.

From FishingBuddy/Bo - Being a moderator is really, really easy. Heck, you don't even have to show up.

From Duckhunter - There is no such thing as fishing too slow.

From Creekslick - 2 things really. 1) He has really nice equipment and 2) A fella really ought to lock his stuff up.

From Jimmydee and Shughley - All yankees aren't (insert bad words here) and every message board should have at least 2 mascots.

Oh, I thought of something I learned from DD - You can't solve EVERY problem with duct tape.

There's more I'm sure, so don't get your feelings hurt.

I would hope that I've taught ya'll a thing or three while I was at it, so don't be shy.

What have you learned from C.C?

    Wannabe...
    Just another Crappie day!
