Im simple with crappie, i like them fried but i like baked even more! Best way i know to do it is get some nice filets, make a tray out of aluminum foil and lay your filets in it, spread a little butter on the top of each filet and bake at 350 until the fish is white. (you could also put them on a grill with low heat bc they cook fast) mm mmm mmmmmm good. If you use lemon pepper seasoning in the same manner that is delicious as well. Geese im getting hungry now, time to plan a fishing trip. I hope someone tries that easy recipe, bc it is are delicious.
