Come on Tim,,,,,Tell us how you really feel :D As some of us who's parents grew-up at the end of the depression, tell us, "it's not that bad"!!! There is still enough food at the stores to buy or anything else we wish to buy. I know how it was in the early 70's when the lines at gas stations were a mile long just to get 10gal. Then go to another line to get 10 more. We have created this mess with wars(that we can't win) and SUV's and that stuff that Tim mention. Look out,,,the auto industry is going to drop them as fast as the 'muscle cars' dissappeared in the 70's. If I had one, it would be "FOR SALE
" today. I had a '70 GTX, then, with a gas guzzling 440 cu.in. , 375hp tire smoker. Loved it but, only got 8mpg. I sold it for almost nothing!!! Bought a VEGA
Another mistake. Both cars are now collectors worth thousands. Anyway,,,just some venting as the price of fuel keeps climbing but,,,,,,I can still filler-up when at the pump,,,if I have enough $$$$ <*)}}}><
You'll see the difference,,,on the end of your line! PROUD MEMBER OF TEAM GEEZER
