I could care less about a bunch of anti American millionaire football players .... but I love this Cane Pole thread!!!
Fancy color coded uniforms and helmets these players wear. Custom fit too, I bet. I also bet they got a "sock in they jock" for that masculine look.
I bet if their daddy had spanked their butt during the week, crappie fishing on Saturday, church on Sunday . Lot less of this would be going on. They can boost em up if they want on these other threads if they want. I'm team Cane Pole all the way !!!

To cold to work , roads iced over, can't get to the lake . Have been able to aggravate a few folks on here though.
I'll take Feb. if some body does a great job in January . :biggrin
We still iced in here. No mail delivered in last 4 days. No road cleaning yet in our neighborhood. Neighborhood is high tax zone. Why ain't I first? After all, I keep hearing I am privileged.
Remote start on my truck works.:ThumbsUp Had to run to Walmart for hinnie wipe. That be the white roll with half the wipe power and twice the cost. Life "rolls" on.
Still snow on the ground up here also. I'm ready for Spring.

Ima still a little under the weather here. Looking for some sunshine so I can disinfect myself.
Called Dr about medicine refills. No refills until I come back in to see the Dr. What a racket that is going on between Drs and insurance and drug co. They all lining their pockets.
I grew up in the 40-50's. Our hose was never locked, the car keys stayed in the ignition and a rifle and a shotgun hung across the back window of dad's truck . What happened?

I had a high school principal in the small high school I went to in the 60s that let a few of us skip school in the afternoons and go fishing, mushroom hunting, squirrel and rabbit hunting. Deal was, we had to give him half. We hid our guns and fishing poles outside school grounds and had a ball and didn’t mind the 50% deal at all. :cheers2:ThumbsUp

Going to pull my Pondton of the water for servicing today. I hope I remember how to operate it. Water is way up, so I can pull the Pondtoon out with my Ranger SxS. Saves a trip to the ramp. Besides, I can't back worth a crap.

Finally got me boat home. Seems to be a backlog of boat repair. I prob be late getting me boat back on the lake. Guess I will be using me Crappie Jon til the Pondtoon is ready.
Hard for us to get in/out the Jon boat. Could say we may be getting older.
Nashville mayor resigned today. Seems she was skinny dipping in the state treasury. I keep hearing how great leaders women politicians are. No integrity in Radio City.
VA scandal in DC. What a mess. 100's of millions of dollars blown, wasted, stolen. Perks and bonuses for employees but nothing for the vet. Men and women are dying. What a callused bunch. Article in USA Today (yesterdays issue).
I have a respiratory infection. Can't see a VA doctor till the middle of next month. Good thing I am senior and can see medicare dr. I always see the VA doctors on service connected issues, but I also prefer to live a little longer.
Wii she or will she not take the DNA test????

Feeling much better today. Up and about and drugs about flushed out of my system. I have have been on some powerful stuff. AARP had a article on the virus bug that has been spreading, especially among senior citizens. It is a killer.
All in not well in America. We are a country adrift. Something is destroying America within. We have terrible drug addiction in America, we have lawlessness, we have kids killing kids, we have loons walking the streets, we have no protection from border invaders, we spend more money than we make. Just to mention a few.
No need for a reply. This is what I woke up to this morning after a long struggle with respiratory problems. When I say we, I am speaking we as Americans.
