Do you still chat.....I have a CB in my truck & car with power mikes......great for keeping up with road conditions....saved me many times getting around stalled traffic.....and that happens plenty here around Baton Rouge as we do not have a loop around the city.....

Bruce....I turn one on a few times a year and play a little thats about it. I have not had a mobile in my vehicle since they came out with cell phones. I used to be on a radio every night but the internet and c.c just replaced that lol
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

My numbers are KBBK-1269. About 3 weeks after I got my call-sign letters, I got a letter from the FCC changing my call-sign numbers because they had double-issued numbers. I was in the process of memorizing my numbers and about a month later they sent me another letter and changed my numbers again. By the time I got through with trying to remember it, all I can remember is KBBK and I think the numbers are 1269?!* flying around in space probably. Sounded good to me. I'm working on the plane trying to waterproof the model as it is made of foam and where the halves are put together, I'm having to seal everything so water doesn't get in the electronics and ruin everything.

The Glue I used I Love. Called ProBond Advanced, Its 100% Waterproof, Fast drying, and clear as Glass. It will fill smaller cracks as well. It is made by Elmers, The next time you want some good glue Go get some .... If my plane was 40% scale I would be inside. I got my Pilots License when I was 7 years old. My solo was in a wooden Chicken Coup with Wings attached from the Roof of Grandpaws Barn.
