Normally I leave those kind of snakes alone. I'll put the hurt on the copperheads and water moccasins though. All the dogs have been bit by those, ask Tal he knows. Kill them regular. Ann will bust them in a heartbeat. She likes her revolver loaded ready to go. My kind of girl.

Off the interstate exit going to my house saw some major dirt work going on. Wheeled in and asked a fella what they planned on building there. He said a Walmart supercenter. Good thing I live six miles down the road in the country.

Water well went down, went and bought a pressure switch this morning. Ann wanted to install it herself with my supervision:

Good for her I say. All fine now.

My amplified antenna television is set. Watching the Miss USA contest on the network this evening. I like looking at pretty girls.

My wife's Kia Rondo has started dripping a little oil on the driveway. We stopped by our quick oil change place today and they said it was coming from the oil pan gasket. When we got home I googled "replacing oil pan gasket" on her make and model. Step one was to remove the engine from the car and place on engine stand. Now I'm googling "drip pans"!

Thats the way you got to do it on these front wheel drive cars.....no room to remove the oil pan with engine in the car.

My car drips about 3 drops each time I park it. I made a drip pan from a piece of scrap plywood using some 1X2 strips around the sides. Then I cut a piece of plastic from a large garbage bag and lined the pan with it. Then I poured a bag of cheap kitty litter on top of the plastic and it worked like a charm.I replaced my oil pan gasket and had the 2nd timing belt replaced at the 200,000 mile mark but I still had a small leak.
You might try a can of Lucas oil stop leak. You use it in place of a qt. of oil next change. It will not harm the engine and it softens hardened rubber gaskets. The instructions tell you it won't fix a tear or split in a gasket but if it has hardened it will soften it and possibly reseal the leak. It is not a filler like radiator stop leak so it won't gum up your crankcase.
I bought a bottle of it and asked my service man to put it in and he said they use it quite often.
Worth a shot, cost about $10 for the bottle. Still waiting to see if it fixes mine. Have to drive it a while for it to do it's magic.
Mine is front wheel drive but it is a larger SUV so no problem pulling the pan. It has been a hoss of a car. 14 years old, 200K miles and only part to fail was the power steering pump at around 150K miles.
