Speaking of hoss machines, I have an Dodge Power Ram P/U. 1986 3/4 ton, 4wd, 4 speed manual with a 360 in it. It's a tank for sure. Don't drive it much because it gets about 6 mpg. I really got spoiled starting about five years ago driving around town with an automatic transmission truck I have now. Never have drove an automatic transmission before that point.

Don't you know my friend. First gear I don't even use unless pulling a heavy trailer, otherwise you go about six feet before shifting into second. The floor gear shift is about 3' long, very wide strokes when shifting gears. My kids learned how to drive in that truck.

Meanwhile, the humidity is extreme right now here. So thick, water is dripping off the trees. You could cut the air with a knife, unbelievable. The bull frogs in the back and along the river aren't even talking about it.

My buddy in high school had one just like that. I remember it well! It was missing the mirror on the drivers side b/c his dad had parked to close to the rail road tracks! That thing was a beast!

I saw at Rouses in Lafayette they had rattle snake meat for sale. Get this - $24/pound. Small package, unbelievable.

I recall in West Texas during the early Spring when it was hot during the day and cold at night. The big diamond backs would lay on the blacktop after the sun went down to keep warm. Big ones too, 5-6 foot long and a good 3-4 inches in diameter. Yours truly was collecting those. Taste just like gator.

The blacktop back roads between Snyder and Sweetwater still have lots of them big ones laying on the roads.

Finally got my RV/truck shed completed and the driveway down. Got to replace the battery in my 5th wheel so I can roll the legs up and move it under the shelter.
Been a task but we got it done.

Joe, don't go teasing me. Love you Texas boys. Now I'm going to be thinking about that. Sweetwater has always has big ones.

Your RV/truck shed is excellent. Very nice. Of course I noticed the limestone laid up to it. Same thing here. They don't give that away do they?

Thanks fellers. Nope, nothing is cheap anymore. I have decided to build me a loft in the 15'X15' for more storage. Will have a 6' ceiling on one side and an 8' ceiling
on the other. Should give me all the storage I need. All I need to do now is run 275' of wire so I can plug the RV into electricity and have some power to the compressor
and grinder. Got to keep them mower blades sharp.

275 ft. of wire, mercy Joe. I assume the RV will probably require 30 -50 amp service. At 275 ft., with the voltage drop, that is some serious wire - I know. Might want to consider the power company to drop another meter at that building. Just trying to help.
