Up early heading over to my buddy Smokin' Sam's place. I got a pack of pork chops and a couple chicken leg quarters and am gonna try the coffee grind dry rub every one talking about. I mixed equal parts coffee grounds Cajun seasoning and light brown sugar in a mason jar and gonna rub it and give it a try. It's all over the internet so its gotta be true.....right??
