Very good Danny, thanks. Apparently you know me. I'll look into that. Just thought of something:

I'm with you brother "G". I watch a couple of news shows on Fox, a channel called RFD which has a lot of country related thing, like horses, tractors, farming, futures market, and so on. I also watch some episodes of American Pickers, Diggers, the History channel and such. No reality shows for me, I don't need to keep up with the "k...." or any of the other highly scripted shows. Movies are not my thing, but CDC and a few other forums are right up my alley.

Buster, Linda also loves the old westerns. Now and then I watch an episode or two of Death Valley Days with her just to keep her company. I love watching Ronald Reagan as a cowboy.

We got cable back when the world went digital the signal strength went wimpy and neither BR or NO channels came in good at least when analog they came in a lil snowey. We mainly got it for the internet. I have a confession to make. I love the Alaska reality shows its fun watching folks from a different world do country boy things like fish hunt and garden. I often find my self hollerin from my chair: Sha come see what dem couyons are trying to do now! Peggy would leave fox news on 24/7 if I let her she keeps it for back ground noise when puttering around the house and recoginizes most Politiclas by face and knows how they stand. I love it so I aint gotta watch it she keeps me informed and tells me who to pay atention to.

When my daughter in law became ill, we kept the grandkids a good bit, they were 9 and 10. My granddaughter(9) loved Festus and his mule and my grandson(10) liked Green Acres. Neither had seen these shows before and thought they were hilarious. Shame they don't have much like that on today.
Saw a cartoon where the guy was saying the NCIS shows had gotten out of hand. His wife asked what he was looking at? He said "NCIS Mayberry"

Picked up brother today in Vinton heading to Houston to see the specialist about his colon cancer. We make it to Beaumont (over 200 miles for me) and his wife calls. Appt. cancelled. They don't take Humana. Now this appt. was made 4 weeks ago, by the doctor that did his scope and found the cancer. You would think, that might have come up sooner. So now, 6 weeks and nothing done. Guess the plan is to not take care of older people. Very stressed and frustrated. Please continue to pray for him and add a prayer to please lead him to a competent medical staff to get him into see a Dr. in time to help.
