I'm like Randy. Once outside, can't be running in and out of the house. Get it over with and get it behind you. Sometimes you can enjoy it when the weather is nice,
but when it's hot........not.
Been replacing rotten dock and painting new wood. Finally got it done and fed the fish and ducks. Nice to sit back in the breeze under the shade and watch 'em eat.




Many events under this 300 year old pecan tree. If only it could talk. Fish fries, burger and hot dog feasts and 4th of July's. Family and friends for years.

Great memory Cappy. I grew up with a river 1/2 mile from the back porch and it sounds like you and I were pretty much running the same banks so to speak.
